Here results on here check-in's were insane, and we had spend ours talking over video calls - but it was nuts to see her results in real life.

Eat more whole foods - lots of them
Walk more - blood flow is fantastic for the mind and body.
Lift something heavy - you don't need the perfect program.
Challenging your body physically creates a cascade of positive nurobiological and physiological changes that will improve your mood, give you the momentum to make further changes.
Move your mind away from needing overhaul!
Write down what makes you feel better every day.
Write down what's not working for you.
Repeating this will create clarity on where you need to go, what you need to do more of, and what you need to try and irradicate from your life.

Sometimes rediscovering your love for movement is all that's needed.
The secret to Kavs transformation was not in restriction, or extremes, but being guided to nutish her body with better choices.
She began to back herself, and have trust in her capabilities.
She made more time for the things that made her feel good.
Lifting, dancing, being social, and eating great food!
What more is there to life then that!
So proud of being able to make such an impact of one of my best friends lives, We have only known each a few years and already battled though some interesting obstacles with the help of each other.
