Women's Health Company I decided to get into personal training after completing my degree in Sport Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

During my studies I was able to specialize in strength and conditioning, and completed my dissertation in exercise physiology. I have always enjoyed studying how the body works and how to get the best results regarding training and by personal training I can take my knowledge into a practical setting. Having been taught Nutrition, Physiology and Strength & Conditioning all at university standard I can offer a scientific programme that guarantees results.

THYROID 101

How many of you have only ever had TSH done & been put on medication?

Too many people are told their thyroid is “normal” after a single TSH test, while others are started on medication without a full investigation into why their thyroid isn’t functioning optimally.

The thyroid doesn’t work in isolation.

🔍 Iron status matters.
🔍 Selenium, zinc and iodine matter.
🔍 Stress and cortisol matter.
🔍 Inflammation matters.
🔍 Gut health matters.
🔍 Liver function matters.
🔍 Autoimmune antibodies matter.
🔍 Free T3 and Free T4 matter.

Simply increasing medication isn’t always the complete answer. For some people it’s absolutely necessary, but for others the missing piece is understanding what’s driving the dysfunction in the first place.

The goal shouldn’t just be to get a lab number “in range.”

The goal is to help you feel well.

Your blood tests are ‘normal.’
Your symptoms are ‘just stress.’
You’re ‘getting older.’
‘It’s just part of being a woman.’

We hear these every single day.

Heavy periods. Exhaustion. Brain fog. Weight gain. Anxiety. Hair loss. Low libido. PMS that takes over your life.

These aren’t personality traits, and they shouldn’t be dismissed as “normal.”

Yes, some symptoms are common… but common doesn’t mean healthy.

Too often, women are told to live with symptoms instead of asking why they’re happening. Hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid issues, insulin resistance, chronic inflammation and gut health can all play a role and many aren’t picked up with basic testing alone.

You deserve answers, not another “everything looks fine.”

If you’ve been told your symptoms are normal but know something doesn’t feel right, keep asking questions. Your body is trying to tell you something.

DROP ‘TEST’ below to finally find the answers you need

Estrogen dominance and low progesterone often get confused because they can cause similar symptoms… but they’re not the same thing.

You might have symptoms of one, the other, or even both at the same time.

Things like:
• Heavy or painful periods
• PMS or PMDD
• Anxiety and mood changes
• Breast tenderness
• Bloating
• Poor sleep
• Headaches
• Spotting before your period

The problem is that symptoms alone can’t tell you which hormone pattern is driving them.

That’s why guessing, or taking supplements because someone on social media recommended them, often leads nowhere.

Understanding your hormone levels, ovulation, and hormone metabolism gives you a much clearer picture of why you’re feeling the way you do.

Swipe through to see which pattern sounds most like you.

Comment “TEST” if you’d like to learn how we investigate your hormones properly.

How many of you have just gone to the doctors & just been given HRT without anymore investigation?

This is why testing is so important so many women get given the wrong dosage/type & it can cause so many ongoing symptoms/health issues 😢

Drop Test below & we’ll go over what testing you need to find out if you actually need HRT or not
