Built from a rule I refused to break.I said I wouldn’t use a pair of weight gloves unless they had my brand on them. Now I see Core n Kettle every time I train, and it reminds me how far I’ve come.
It would have been easy to tell myself it was too hot today.
It would have been easy to put it off until tomorrow.
