Youâre allowed to slow down without stopping đ€
This oneâs a reminder Iâve needed myself this week. Slowing down isnât quitting. Resting isnât failing. Doing less on the hard days isnât falling behind â itâs how you keep going without burning out.
Consistency was never about full speed, all the time. Itâs about not stopping completely. Some weeks you sprint. Some weeks you just keep the thread alive. Both count.
If youâre having a slow week â this is your permission slip đ€

Your permission slip đ©·
To start messy.
To start before youâre ready. To put yourself on the list. To begin again after a hundred restarts. You donât need anyoneâs permission â but here it is anyway.

You are becoming stronger every time you show up đ€
Not just physically. Every time you choose to keep going â on the tired days, the messy days, the days you donât feel like it , youâre building something. Strength isnât a moment. Itâs the showing up, over and over.
This is one of the cards from my empowerment bundle đȘ daily reminders for mums who keep going. Itâs in my Linktree if youâd like the full set đ€
Free consistency guideâs in there toođ
Ten minutes doesnât transform anything - my real sessions are 20-40 minutes. But yesterday: toddler up at five, nothing left in the tank. Old me wouldâve written off the day, then the week. Now I have a rule: on the worst days, I do my minimum.
Not as a workout - as a promise
The goal was never the perfect session. It was never breaking the thread. Free guide in my bio.

I will never forget when my youngest was born and we found out that she had hip dysplasia and needed to wear a pavlik harness the emotions I went through the worry I will never forget it. Im so grateful that it didnât affect my childâs milestones as it was caught so early. Coming across her harness has brought it all back.
Consistency was never about being perfect
Youâll miss days â thatâs normal. The secret is coming back without the big dramatic restart. Missing isnât the problem. Staying gone is.
Tag a mum who needs to hear this! Consistency
for a mum looks nothing like the fitness world tells you. Itâs 20 minutes grabbed in the chaos, a walk with the buggy, a workout with a toddler climbing on you. Thatâs not the budget version - itâs the hardest version there is. Free guide in my bio
Caption: The myths that keep mums stuck
Not an hour. Not a gym. Not âwhen life calms downâ (it wonât). My sessions are 20-40 mins - and on the hard days, ten still counts. You just need time you can stick to and a decision to start. Free guide in my bio
