Alkerden United Football Club

After a very successful first season as a club, we are delighted to announce that we have been accepted into the Medway District Youth League for the 2026–27 season.

We are continuing to grow and are almost doubling in size next season, with teams entering:

3 x U9
1 x U11
1 x U14

A very warm welcome to our new U9 Manager, Dan, who joins us from Dartford Football Club, and Joe, who joins us from IEXEL FC.

We also extend a warm welcome to all the new players who have already committed to the club.

We wish all of the players who have decided to move on the very best for the future, wherever their football journey takes them, and hope they continue to develop and enjoy their game.

A huge congratulations to all of our current players for their hard work, dedication, and effort throughout last season. We look forward to seeing their continued growth and development next season and beyond.

And finally, a huge thank you to our parents. Without your support, the club simply couldn’t function.

From lifts to training and matches, to kits, boots, subs, tournaments, and the weekly A to B run from September to May, we truly appreciate everything you do to help us deliver our club ethos of Fun, Participation, and Development.

Now the planning begins for Season 2026–27 — watch this space for lots of exciting updates and developments we’ve been working on behind the scenes to help take the club to the next level.

Our U8’s have topped off what’s been an amazing 1st season with back to back tournament wins.

Bringing home the clubs first every trophy 🏆 was our U8 Eagles 🦅 team, managed by Albie.

Both our teams took part in the annual Gillingham FC Community Cup, played on the 1st team pitch at Priestfield Stadium.

U8 Eagles 🦅 won the Plate side of the tournament 🏆👏👏👏

Then last night both teams once again took place in a tournament hosted at Ballerz, within Bluewater Shopping Centre.

This time our U8 Palace side took the honours abs lifted the 🏆 well to Kane and the boys 👏👏

Fantastic advert for the club and great to see the boys all enjoying the end of season fun we’ve organised for them.

Our U10’s are taking part in a few weeks at Ballerz, cab they continue the streak 🏆………….
