Mentorship for fitness professionals 🦋

EXERCISE & NUTRITION are the cornerstone to any fitness programme, but the path YOU choose to reach your goals is individual to YOU. I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ solution to health and fitness. Each individual needs to experiment with what works best for them. Following an initial consultation, I work closely together with each client to find the UNIQUE FITNESS PLAN that works for him

Four sessions. Squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull.
The Strength Foundations Block is a structured four-week programme for anyone who wants to understand how to train properly, not just follow a routine someone else designed.
You leave with the confidence and a written programme to train independently in any gym.
£220 for the block. £55 per session. 10 minute start-up call required before booking🦋

There is a difference between Pilates, reformer Pilates, and comprehensive Pilates.

Most people arrive not knowing there is a difference at all. That is completely fine. But it changes what a session looks like, and what it can do for you.

I explain all three in this video.🦋

Resilience nearly broke me.
I kept going regardless. Work, training, commitments. I thought that was strength.
My body was telling me something very different.
What being seriously ill taught me is that the body is always communicating. Most of us have just learned to ignore it, or we have been praised for ignoring it.
There is a lot of talk about resilience as something to aspire to. But resilience without awareness is just delayed damage.
The skill that actually matters is noticing when stress levels are rising before they become a crisis. Not pushing through. Pausing. Asking what your body needs right now.
Movement matters. Physical activity is part of how we regulate stress. But so is slowing down. Quietening things. Giving your nervous system the space to come back down.
That is not weakness. That is the work.🦋

Everything ready for the week ahead.

So many women tell me they are scared to lift weights in case they bulk up.
It will not happen. Women do not have enough testosterone for that.
What it will do is make you stronger, leaner and healthier for longer.

The first thing I look at in a session is the spine.
Everything in the body reaches out from it. Before anything else, I want to see how it is stacked and how it moves.
The rest follows from there.

Sunday again.
I always spend a few minutes in the studio before the week starts. It is the quietest part of my week and I never get tired of it.
Something I have been thinking about lately. How much of what we do in the week is for other people, and how little is genuinely for ourselves.
Movement is one of the few things that gives something back. Not because of what it changes on the outside. Because of how it makes you feel while you are doing it.
If you have been putting it off, a free discovery call is the easiest place to start. No obligation, just a conversation.🦋

Something I notice every June.
The longer days make people want to do more. More sessions, more steps, more activity. The energy is there and it feels like the right time to push.
For most of the women I work with, that instinct is not wrong. But the way they act on it often is.
More sessions without more recovery just means more fatigue. The body does not care what month it is.
If you are feeling that urge to do more right now, the most useful question is not what to add. It is whether what you are already doing is working. If it is, keep going. If it is not, adding more of the same will not change the outcome.
That is usually where a conversation helps. A free discovery call is the easiest place to start🦋
