Feels like an achievement when my daughter says let's go raspberry picking in the mornings. This is one of things I am growing in my garden.🌄

It's growing season, for those of you who are green fingered 💚 what are you all growing?
For those of you who are not, why not try and plant something and see, you may surprise yourself.

I go to a community allotment and we are growing loads. it's amazing to be doing something so constructive and rewarding, with a lovely group of people.

Being creative, a mandala always tells a story. It is a process... Being in the process of doing something magical.

This year is a green fingered one. I'm growing carrots,tomatoes, betroot and a cucumber from seed. Potatoes are growing from sprouted potatoes at home. I have added some other things for you to see too.

It is the first year the figs in the pot are growing. There is something wrong with the leaves, any experts have any tips on how to take care of it please let me know 🤔

More seeds planted, including courgettes and I was so pleased when they started growing 🌱 even eggshells didn't stop whatever ate them. They just moved them out of the way. 😅

What an incredible day delivering wellbeing services to the dedicated staff in Probation during the recent Wellbeing Fair! 💙

It was an honour to be part of an event that prioritises the health, resilience, and wellbeing of those who work so hard to support others every day.

The energy in the room was inspiring, and the feedback from staff was overwhelmingly positive — a true testament to the impact of creating space for self-care and support in the workplace.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their stories, and engaged so openly. Your passion and commitment do not go unnoticed.

New moon blessings and an eclipse, very poweful energy. Are you feeling the shift?

I did a despacho today and have put lots of intentions into it. Feeling very grateful for all the love and abundance in my life.

Endings lead to new beginnings. Life changes and part of this process involves us transforming and shifting through the transitions of life. Letting go of the story and the attachment to what was. So you can make space for what is and allow what is yet to be. 🙏☮️🍀💚❤️💞🥰💃😍
