Five years ago, during the uncertainty of COVID, Sarah made a decision that would positively impact her life in more ways than she expected.

She didn’t know many people in the area and was looking for a way to get back into fitness, improve her strength, and connect with others in the community. Like many people, she wanted more than just a workout she wanted support, accountability, and a place where she felt she belonged.

One of the things Sarah loves most about training with us is that every session can be adapted to suit individual needs. Whether you’re managing an injury, returning to exercise after time away, or looking to push your performance to the next level, our coaching is tailored to help you train safely and effectively.

When Fiona first came to JB Fitness UK, weight loss wasn’t even her goal.

Like many busy professionals, she was working long hours, struggling to find time for herself, and had previously paid for gym memberships she never used.

Fast forward to today, and she’s not only built a consistent exercise routine but has also lost an incredible 7kg along the way.

The sun is out which means many of us will be getting our running routine underway!

However, the importance of strength training to improve running performance and for injury prevention is often overlooked.

A lot of people think improving running just means adding more mileage.
