Thought of the day: Self-consciousness is judgmental monitoring of ourselves...Think back when you had to share your thoughts or knowledge publically and felt very conscious of your voice and gestures. Instead of thinking, you have no public speaking skills, get curious about yourself and lightly note what you feel is the issue when you spoke, this way you're not blocking yourself from becoming better. As someone said: it's not that you can not do it, it's simple you can not do it YET.
