As ever there is a huge amount of cricket (and quite a big football game) on the billing this week!

At the half way point in the season here are the weekend’s results, as well as an update on league tables: the 1s made it back to back wins as they overcame Brickhill, the 2s had a tough result away at Burnham and the 3s kept up their good form with a home victory vs Lacey Green.

These results see the 1s sitting in a very strong 5th position in HCPCL Division 1, the 2s and 3s also maintaining good positions both being in 6th.

On Sunday, it was a very good late victory for the MDL XI, with Mohit winning the game with a hat-trick and 6fer, while there was another outstanding individual performance in the Sunday XI with Jimmy blasting a brilliant 152 not out!

On Saturday, the 1s are at home to Great Brickhill CC while the 2s travel to Burnham Cricket Club 2s and the 3s are on the Dairy Farm vs Lacey Green 1s.

On Sunday, there’s more competitive cricket as the MDL XI travel to Brentham CC 🏏 while Jimmy’s very youthful Sunday XI face West Herts Cricket Club away as well.

There is another packed week of cricket this week, with all of the junior sides in action and five senior fixtures across the weekend! We also host Middlesex CCC Over 50s 3rd XI, who play Hertfordshire on Wednesday.

The results from last weekend’s fixtures are in! There were brilliant all round performances from the 1s and 2s on Saturday to comfortably beat Henley and Gerrards Cross 2s, while the 3s had a narrow loss.

On Sunday, the MDL campaign did not get off to a winning start, as the Hares were well beaten by Ealing.

Here are the team sheets for a cracking weekend of cricket for the Hares! The 1s and 3s travel to Henley Cricket Club and Penn & Tylers Green Cricket Club while the 2s are at home vs 2s. On Sunday, the MDL XI begin their campaign with a very youthful side at home to Ealing Cricket Club. 🏏
