MEMBER OF THE MONTH: Anna!
This month we are celebrating Anna, whose dedication and work ethic have been on full display as she prepared for the Island Games in Malta! In just a few short weeks, she has thrown herself into training, balancing strength, CrossFit, additional swim training and team synchro practice to make sure she was ready to perform at her best. Along the way, she achieved a huge milestone by unlocking her first toes-to-bar and quickly progressing to linking reps together.
Anna's commitment, willingness to embrace new challenges, and relentless effort have been inspiring to watch, and there is no doubt that she will continue to make both herself and the STPZ community proud.
We dedicated a workout to some of her favourite movements yesterday. Good job to all those who came down to celebrate her accomplishments.

Acid Athletics hit different. ⚡️
A gym full of people willing to suffer together, push past their limits, and find out what they’re really capable of.
Huge shoutout to everyone who took on Acid Athletics this weekend. Whether the goal was to win, or simply finish, every athlete showed up and emptied the tank.
The best part? Seeing athletes of all levels lining up side by side, cheering each other on, and refusing to back down when it started to hurt. That’s what this community is all about.
Congratulations to our winners and to every single person who stepped onto the floor. The effort, grit, and atmosphere throughout the day were unreal.
Who’s ready for the next one? 👀🔥

The entire community is behind you. We couldn’t be prouder of what you’ve achieved already, and we know you’re going to do yourselves, your teammates, and the gym proud out in Madrid.

MONDAY. MURPH. TEST DAY.
For weeks the work has been building. Every Monday, every grind, every rep has been leading here.
Now it’s time to cash it in.
Partition it or send it unpartitioned.
Weight vest or no vest.
However it gets done, it gets earned.
This isn’t about comfort. It’s about showing up, embracing the hurt, and finding out what’s there when it gets tough.
Bank Holiday Monday.
Book in. Turn up. Empty the tank.

MEMBER OF THE MONTH: LISA!
This month, we’re celebrating Lisa, someone who quietly sets the standard through consistency, intent, and an unwavering commitment to improvement.
Over recent weeks, she has been arriving early to put in extra work, staying disciplined with her rehab while also dedicating time to building her gymnastics. That combination of patience and drive is what long-term progress looks like.
In class, she brings a cheerful energy, helps others without being asked, and has a natural way of making people feel welcome and comfortable. That kind of presence lifts the room, and it genuinely inspires others to raise their efforts too.
Last Saturday we dedicated a workout to Lisa for her hard efforts. Good job to everyone who joined her and showed their support.
