Radhika Vekaria is a Grammy-nominated vocalist and composer who has spent over two decades studying Vedic wisdom and performing at venues including the Grammy Museum, SXSW and Harvard. She creates immersive sound experiences that bridge ancient mantra and contemporary practice. There are very few people working at this level in the UK.
This three-hour workshop at HOME explores mantra and the living intelligence of sound. Through guided listening, vocal practice and collective chant, you will discover how the voice builds clarity and inner steadiness, how sound shapes resilience and supports the nervous system, and what mantra actually means and why it works.
You do not need to be a singer. You do not need any prior experience. You just need to be willing to use your voice.

Most fitness focuses on the outside. This workshop goes deeper than that.
Your internal organs are not passive. They respond to pressure, movement and attention. When they are restricted or compressed, you feel it: in your posture, your breathing, your digestion, your energy levels. Most people have never been taught how to work with them directly.
Kelly Lynne Goulon has been teaching Pilates since 1983 and is a Master Yamuna Body Rolling Practitioner and Teacher Trainer. She trained extensively with Yamuna Zake herself and has spent decades working at the intersection of movement, bodywork and inner health.
This retreat uses Yamuna Body Rolling to stimulate and release the digestive tract, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, ribcage, heart and lungs. Organ by organ, system by system.
