We’ve found a home away from home in the iconic at Bohemia Place and to say hello, every single class next week is completely FREE.

Making it easier to flow with friends this summer ☀️

Bring a friend, a relative, or your whole village. Class packs are fully transferable, so you can share them with whoever you want to move with: 10 classes for £60, 5 for £35, and they never expire.

And just a gentle reminder, because we don’t say it enough: we know life happens. We will never fine you. Missed a class, running late, train didn’t turn up? We see you. Just message us on IG or WhatsApp and we’ll book you back on for free.

These classes are on all weekend, so come and bring someone with you.

And a heads-up, no rush: the end of July is the last month of our £59 founders’ membership, now we’ve hit our first birthday. From August it rises to £69 a month. Same unlimited Yoga, Pilates, Sound and restorative classes, workshops, guest passes, and invites to exclusive founders’ events.

We’ll keep the air-conditioning cranked up until it cools down, but if you’re ever too hot or cold in class, just let us know.

And for the parents out there: the studio is open during the day through this hot phase, for you and your little ones. Our weekend family yoga sessions and 5-11 Club remain free to book. This week’s is a family yoga class with Brian on Sunday at 11:30.

🔴 Red heat warning this week — we’re opening up the studio as a free, air-conditioned space for families to come and cool down.

Air con on full, free tea and coffee, accessible shower with baby change, iced coffees and cold drinks if you fancy one, and somewhere calm to sit and let the kids play. We’ve got a few bits for crafts and that for the little ones — feel free to bring your own toys, snacks and drinks too. The more the merrier.

No need to book. Just turn up.

Everyone from Fish Island and round about is welcome — whether you’ve been to Social Yoga before or never heard of us until today.

Was an absolute dream to share practice with these guys this morning. We enjoyed a glockenspiel backed Lokah and a delicious morning flow and relaxation with the ever refreshing Cherry 🍒 Dash DASH Water . Now off to the studio for some family Yoga, Workshopping for Latitude Festival
