PROUD. What an incredible two weeks it has been at SW19. With Surrey players competing across the men’s and women’s singles and doubles draws, as well as quad and junior events, it has once again been a privilege to see so much Surrey talent performing on the biggest stage in tennis.

The fortnight was undoubtedly highlighted by the remarkable run of our very own Arthur Fery, who reached the semi-finals!!! Recording a series of outstanding victories before eventually being beaten by one of the world’s most in-form players in Alexander Zverev.

What an unforgettable two weeks for Arthur. We have no doubt his achievements will inspire a whole new generation of Surrey players to dream big and believe they can one day follow in his footsteps. 🎾

Calling all Surrey School Tennis Teachers! 🎾 Join us on Tuesday 22nd September 19:00 at Reeds School, Cobham (venue to be confirmed) for our Surrey School Tennis Teachers Forum, an opportunity to hear about the latest changes to school competitions, understand the new LTA systems and share your ideas on how we can continue to improve school tennis across the county.

We’ll cover the new registration requirements, answer your questions and discuss how we can make the competition experience as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

Simply incredible! Arthur's dream run at Wimbledon continues with a whopping straight-sets victory over 9th seed Cobolli in an amazing performance on centre court! It's been incredible to see so many Surrey supporters there in the grounds to cheer on Arthur...Bring on the semi-finals! LET'S GO ARTHUR!

It was fantastic to see Surrey’s Joe Salisbury back on the Wimbledon grass during The Championships, which featured an impressive run to the Mixed Doubles Quarter Finals! 🎾 It was also brilliant to see so much Surrey support for Joe around the grounds. LET’S GO JOE!

Entries for the 2026 Surrey County Championships are now open! 🎾

Running from 23 to 30 August, the Surrey County Championships return for another fantastic week of competition. Once again, we’re delighted to be returning to the stunning AELTC Community Tennis Centre in Raynes Park, where players have the unique opportunity to compete on Wimbledon grass as part of Surrey’s flagship tennis event.

With competitions ranging from 8U through to senior events, the Surrey County Championships include junior singles and doubles, men’s and women’s singles, men’s, women’s and mixed doubles, plus Over 35 and Over 50 events, ensuring there’s something for players of all ages and standards.

We’re also excited to announce the return of the Surrey County Padel Championships, alongside our Wheelchair, Visually Impaired, Learning Disability and Para-standing County Championships. More details on these events will be shared very soon!

This is what County Cup is all about! 🎂 During a Surrey 11U boys’ matches this weekend, the team made sure to celebrate a birthday in the squad. Complete with cake and candles, it was a brilliant reminder that County Cup is about so much more than the tennis, it's about the team spirit that Surrey is so proud of.

WOW!!! Arthur’s dream run at Wimbledon continues with an incredible five-set win over Dimitrov on Centre Court, sending him into the quarter-finals! 🎾 Simply amazing! Bring on Cobolli! 💪

It’s been another exciting week of junior Wimbledon, with four Surrey players taking to the grass across the boys’ and girls’ singles and doubles draws. 🎾

Congratulations to Mark Ceban, Ophelia Korpanec-Davies, Liam Channon and Liv Zingg! Reaching the draw itself is a fantastic achievement, and everyone across Surrey will be cheering them on throughout the tournament!

What a weekend for our Surrey 11U girls and boys! 🎾

A huge congratulations to our girls, who produced a fantastic team performance to be crowned National Champions! 🏆 What an incredible achievement and a moment they should all be immensely proud of.

Our boys also battled brilliantly throughout the weekend to finish in an excellent fifth place. A superb effort from everyone involved.

Thank you to all of our players, captains, parents and support teams for your commitment, encouragement and brilliant Surrey spirit throughout the finals. LET’S GO SURREY! 💪🎾
