Thinking about becoming a Personal Trainer?
Before you sign up for any course, check these 4 essentials π
1οΈβ£ Accreditation
This is the big one. If the course isn't properly accredited, it won't quality you as a PT - simple as that. Don't waste your time (and money!) on something that isn't recognised.
2οΈβ£ Course format
Online, in-person, blended - what suits you? Make sure the course fits your schedule and can be completed within an ideal time frame. Flexibility = less stress
3οΈβ£ Support
Don't get left in the dark. A good course should give you access to real human support. - someone you can email or speak to. No one likes feeling stuck!
4οΈβ£ Reviews
Do your homework. Read the reviews - yes even the bad ones. They'll give you insight into what the course is REALLY like, not just what the marketing says
β
At The Fitness Circle, we tick all these boxes - and more.

1. Build muscle & functional strength:
Women naturally have less muscle mass, but strength training build and maintains muscle - making daily tasks like lifting, carrying and climbing stairs easier. It also supports joint health and prevents injuries.
2. Boosts metabolism & burns fat:
Lifting weights helps increase your resting metabolic rate, making it easier to maintain a healthy weight when paired with good nutriton
3. Protect your bones:
Women face a higher risk of osteoporosis, especially post-menopause. Strength training can improve bone density, reduce risk of fractures & support long-term bone health
4. Improve mental health & confidence:
Resistance training has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, improve sleep and boost self-esteem.
5. Support healthy aging:
As we age, strength training helps maintain independence, mobility and balance.
Strength training isn't just about how much you lift or what you look like, it's about living a longer, healthier life!
