👋🏽 THURSDAY MENTAL-HEALTH CHECK! 🧠
For different reasons I have been feeling very anxious recently.
There is a lot happening in the world right now, keep that in mind, if you also feeling a bit battered remember that is understandable and you not alone.
Try to find a routine that helps balancing your body because that will help with your mental balance!
It is easy to get totally sucked into bad habits alcohol especially but that won’t help, actually it anything will make things worse.
I meditate 🧘🏽♂️ , eat good food 🍲 is helping me with that - workout 🏋🏽♂️(Endorphins you know) - try to avoid alcohol 👎🏽🍷 and remember surround yourself with good people that make your life easier and make you laugh 💙
