Join us for our first Pilates Principles workshop, this Sunday.
Come along and accompany Shanice and Victoria in the studio in this relaxed, explorative and playful workshop.
We’ll be using bands and windmills for breath, blocks for balance, plus and many more tactics to help us visual and apply the principles in our practise at the studio and beyond.

Bella Bella!
We quietly welcomed Bella to the team recently and now we want to shout about how great she is. You may have seen her name pop up the schedule now taking Friday’s at 9am (Foundation) and 10am (Power).
Bella is an experienced Pilates, barre, sculpt, mobility and dance instructor from Aotearoa New Zealand.
Her teaching ethos is centred around her love of movement as a practice to support physical and mental wellbeing, to help you continue doing the things you love, and to live life more fully. With a background in dance, her classes are creative, technical, and form-focused, combining curated playlists with thoughtful progressions and individual guidance.
She is passionate about creating inclusive, body-positive, and supportive classes where everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience level. Her sessions are upbeat and challenging, with options to both modify and progress, allowing each guest to move in a way that feels right for their body.
She loves motivating others to reach their potential and guiding people to explore movements they may not have thought possible - always with plenty of smiles and laughter along the way.
Bella believes that movement is medicine, and that Pilates is for everybody. Her aim is for every client to leave feeling stronger, energised, and reconnected to their body.

121’s with Shanice
Some of you have been asking about 1:1 sessions, and we’re pleased to say Shanice has space for a few at the studio.
Shanice’s training is rooted in movement science, and her teaching comes from her own experience of injury and rehabilitation, with a focus on functional strength. She has a real eye for how the body compensates.
In a private session, she can give your movement the full, considered attention a group class doesn’t get to.
Private sessions are a good fit if you’re working back from an injury, training for a sport, want to go deeper on the Reformer, or try other equipment like the Cadillac and Stability Chair.
To book, email or message us at the studio and will put you in touch 💫

Our summer social is now LIVE to RSVP!
SUMMER SOCIAL: Studio M x Furnishing Futures
Join us on Thursday 10 September at 5:30PM at Good Shepherd Studios for an evening of good food, good people, and a very good cause.
Studio M has always been a community-first space but real community happens off the reformer, too. So we’ve planned a proper get-together! A chance to actually talk to the faces you nod to between classes, meet your neighbours, and celebrate what makes this corner of East London worth showing up for.
Saliha Khan, Founder of Third Culture Kat will be serving up seriously good South Asian food, Living Things will be hydrating us with their gut-loving drinks, and of course there’ll be music and a raffle with some incredible prizes from local businesses.
Your ticket can support Furnishing Futures, a Leyton-based charity doing extraordinary work right on our doorstep. They create fully furnished, trauma-informed healing homes for women and children rehoused after escaping domestic abuse. They turn cold, empty flats into safe, warm places to start again. Less than 2% of social housing comes furnished, and for a family fleeing crisis, a bare property can be the thing that pushes them back. Furnishing Futures rescues quality furniture headed for landfill and turns it into somewhere that finally feels like home.
Come as you are, bring a friend, and help us turn an empty flat into a home.
Tickets are free or you can you add a donation. We do have limited spaces so please do book. Link in bio ✨
