⭐ AUGUST 26 - PLAYER TRANSFER WINDOW CLOSES

If you are a community player looking to switch to a different team, please complete your transfer request through your QUK profile.

If you are a crossplayer looking to play with a BQC team that is different from your Fixture team, you do NOT need to go through the transfer process.

If you are a community player OR crossplayer and you are aiming to play at EQC 2027, you will need to do so with the team you played for at this upcoming BQC.

⭐ AUGUST 29 - TEAM SIGN UP FOR BQC CLOSES

Team leadership has to confirm the team's attendance to this year's BQC by August 28.

This gives our events team enough time to prepare and communicate the game and volunteer schedule.

Ahead of BQC, please ensure all players have a valid QUK membership.

As we start the road to the 2027 London World Cup, we are eager to build our Media and Communications team to make sure our community and the wider public are aware and excited about all the great things that are coming.

If you’re passionate about social media, creative storytelling and community building we’d love to hear from you!

Key tasks include:
✨ Managing QUK social channels and content
✨ Assisting with press and community outreach
✨ Posting live coverage of QUK events

Experience or an interest in marketing, writing or content creation is preferred but this role is also a great opportunity to learn and grow in those areas in a fun, supportive environment!

This is a senior volunteer role requiring about 2–4 hours of work per week.

Summer Fixture #2 is almost here and we will see two new teams make their debut!

We will keep you updated with the game scores throughout the day on our social stories so stay tuned.

A few reminders:
💧 Stay hydrated throughout the day and come prepared for the sunny weather.
🍽️ Some food will be available to buy from the venue shop during the day, or you’re welcome to bring your own meals. There are some nearby restaurants within a 15-20 walk.
🍻 The venue pub will be open until 8:30pm, so stick around after the final whistle for a little post-tournament pint and socializing!

Here is the schedule for Heraean Games, coming up this Sunday!

The day will start off with warmups and separate drills, before bringing chasers and beaters together for half courts and culminating into two full games.

Teams will be created on the day. Please arrive early so that you can be ready to go for the warm ups at 10!
