We've had over 500 entries since we have started our Photography Competition. From awesome holiday snaps and cute kiddie pics, to epic crash-carnage, your photos amazed us. So many incredible pictures that its hard to choose but here are some of our favourites!

WINNER OF THE CANYON BIKE PHOTO COMPETITION:
Film producer David Lascelles and Exhibitions Curator Diane Howse, Earl and Countess of Harewood chose their favourite photo and therefore the winner of a Canyon Road Bike!
CONGRATULATIONS to Steve Rideout (a very apt name!) for this winning photo that the Earl and Countess of Harewood thought was 'witty, original and technically strong.'

We asked film producer David Lascelles and Exhibitions Curator Diane Howse, Earl and Countess of Harewood, to judge the Canyon Photography Competition that we ran in the lead up to the Festival. We are very grateful to them for agreeing to do so and have great pleasure in announcing the runners-up:
2nd Place - Mel Boyle for "Monsoon Cycling in the Punjab"
3rd Place - Nick Sweeting for "Out of Oxenhope"

The flypast by the Red Arrows was one of the biggest highlights at the Ceremonial Start of the at the Festival of Cycling! The historic & moving Battle of Britain Memorial Flight was truly impressiv too -only 250 feet above the ground! What's your best moment of the weekend?

Roar of the crowd rivals Red Arrows as riders weave through Yorkshire
IT was no exaggeration to say to that the roar of the crowd at Harewood rivalled that of the Red Arrows as they streaked across the sky.

What an exciting Day for Yorkshire!
The 101st Tour de France is now under way in Yorkshire after the riders received a royal send-off from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry at the Yorkshire Festival of Cycling!
