Who is this for?
Those playing rugby 15’s wanting preparation for sevens?

This program will help those to transfer to rugby 7’s and develop speed, agility, tailored conditioning with added individual skills to improve the intensity of the game and high speeds of sevens.

Coming out 31st January, sign up now and stay informed with more information around sevens and the demand of the sport requires.

Speed Fundamental Workshop are designed for those working as PT or beginner coaches that want to focus on speed training.

Coaches learning how the technical model is applied and implemented with the use of coaching cues with other coaches.
