We’re giving our infamous Friday lunchtime workout a bit of a relaunch.
The idea is simple: one hard workout, the whole 24N & LSCF community.
CrossFitters. Health Club members. Runners. Lifters. Complete beginners. And importantly — your mates.
No high-skill barrier. Everything can be scaled to your level. But don’t mistake accessible for easy 😈
And the best part? You won’t know the workout until the day 👀
It could be long. It could be fast. It could test your strength, your engine, or a bit of everything.
All we can promise is that it’ll be hard — and you’ll all be doing it together.
Bring your training partner. Bring your work mate. Bring someone who’s never trained at 24N before.

LSCF Run Club summer dump ☀️🏃
What started as a few members heading out for a Sunday morning run has turned into a proper little LSCF tradition 🫶
Different routes, different sessions, different parts of London every week — from track sessions and faster efforts to easy social miles.
The best part? Completely member-led. Just our community getting together, getting some miles in and making the most of summer Sundays 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Very wholesome. Very LSCF. ❤️
Here’s to plenty more Sunday miles.
