Meet Dan, the newest coach at Endeavour! 👋🏼
“I’m originally from Somerset and have lived in London now for the past 4 years. I’ve been coaching for 10 years, working across gyms, health clubs, private studios, and online.
My interest in coaching started through my own sporting background. I played rugby from a young age up until my mid 20s, reaching the national leagues. After a few years away from the sport, I recently returned to playing last year. During that time away, I got into running and completed my first marathon in 2024.
Along the way I’ve managed my own training and performance through injury, and that’s exactly what shapes how I coach now. I specialise in helping people who’ve come through injury get back to training properly, and stay injury-free.
Fun fact about me: I’m a big fan of cold sea dips, and once took a cold plunge in the Arctic Circle 🥶
I’m excited to begin coaching classes at Endeavour and to meet the community! See you all soon!”
Dan will be taking over Tuesday and Thursday mornings classes in the coming weeks!
Keep an eye on the timetable and get booked in!

Member wins don’t always come in the form of winning running races 🏃♀️ or setting new PB’s 🏋🏼♂️
Sometimes a win is inspiring others and proving to yourself that you are more capable than you think.
