Tooting Common parkrun

Some lovely cooler sunshine brought 783 people to the Common, welcoming 159 first timers with 112 new Personal Bests achieved.
Huge thanks to the 45 volunteers (plus Maisie and Bertie) who made it all possible. 🙏
We welcomed Gemma’s Hen Party (good luck with the wedding) , Congratulations to all today’s milestones including Alex and Madia’s 25th, and happy birthday to Pete and Eleanor!🎉🎉

As ever, everyone is welcome at parkrun, so we’ll see you tomorrow for a 9am start (8.50am for Hannah’s First Timers’ Welcome) ☀️

Another 755 people came along today to get their parkrun fix on the Common, welcoming an excellent 140 first timers and, despite it still being a tad warm, 82 new Personal Bests were achieved.
This was all made possible by our 44 amazing volunteers to whom we are eternally grateful. Thank you! ❤️

Firstly, thank you to all the amazing volunteers who have stepped up to cover holiday season. Of course, the season continues so we’ll need lots more volunteers this Saturday, as Bertie is getting a bit concerned.
