You hold the power to change things. Not someday, not “when you’re ready”, right now, in this very moment. You get to decide to step outside the routine, to break away from the ordinary, to choose a different path even if it’s just one small shift in your day.

And yes, change is scary. It asks us to let go of what’s familiar, to sit with uncertainty, to trust ourselves before we have all the answers.

But here’s the truth: change is growth. Every version of you that you’re proud of today came from a moment where you chose to move instead of staying stuck.

It doesn’t have to be a grand transformation. It can be as simple as saying yes to something new, setting a boundary you’ve been avoiding, or just changing how you talk to yourself. Big or small, every act of change is an act of courage.

When you start accepting change instead of resisting it, something beautiful happens, your nervous system learns safety in the unknown. You stop bracing for impact and start opening up to possibility. You teach your body and mind that change isn’t a threat, it’s an invitation.

So today, manifest this into your life.

I got a notification from Instagram today that blew me away.
“You’re on fire! You shared content 163 weeks in a row”

I went straight to Google and searched how many years it was, and I was in SHOCK

163 Weeks
3 years
Over 1,100 days

Not a SINGLE week missed.

Now this is what I call consistency.

No crazy algorithm hack. No perfect content calendar sitting in a Fancy Notion doc. No professional setup or content creator.

Just me, real, no training, no perfect setup, with a lot of mistakes, but riding the wave of imperfections and embracing it.

Just showing up. Every week. Even and most importantly when:
-> I had nothing “impressive” to share.
-> I was going through a divorce.
->The engagment was super low.
-> I didn’t feel like it.
-> Life got in the way.

This is what I learned from consistency.

Motivation is unreliable. Systems aren’t.
Don’t fixate on the bad post your audience sees when you show up.
Every small post adds up at the end.
Consistency beats intensity.

No viral post; it fades in 1 week.

3 years of consistency builds trust.

Now I don’t advise this to everyone; I truly believe in having a break, taking time off, recharging, resetting. This is what worked for me; I truly have some deep connection with my followers, and even when I am having a bad week, I feel inspired to share.

163 weeks ago, I didn’t know it would add up to this. I just posted anyway.

F**k the symptom-treatment way of doing things. The real work starts at the root cause.

Your brain patterns shape how you think, feel, react, focus, regulate emotions, and move through life. When those patterns get stuck in stress, anxiety, overwhelm, trauma loops, or dysregulation, you can keep managing symptoms forever… or start addressing what’s underneath.

Hello, it’s been a while since I properly introduced myself... so here it goes 👋🏾
Hi, I’m Farah.

Danish born. Bred with an Indian and Pakistani background.

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been obsessed with one question,
how can the same message land so differently in different minds?

Growing up in an Indian-Pakistani household, emotions were rarely spoken out loud...
but they shaped absolutely everything around me.

That curiosity never left. It eventually led me to neuroscience,
and that’s when everything clicked.

During my master’s research, working with over 100 female subjects, one truth kept showing up,
We are driven far more by impulse and emotion than by logic.

Even with a fully intact, capable mind.

Today, I combine neuroscience, human behaviour, and emotional regulation,
to help people understand themselves on a deeper level, and create real, lasting transformation from within.
But beyond the science?

I’m a single mum of 3. 👩🏽‍🦱👩🏽👦🏽
A business owner.
Obsessed with matcha, food, and chocolate (no shame).
A plant lover.
And my daily non-negotiable? A neuro walk. Every. Single. Day. 🚶‍♀️
