⬇️ 4 points to bowl FAST ⬇️
1 - Braced Front Leg - This helps you to create a good snap and is very effective to help create pace (helps BUT not essential !!!!)
2 - Pull in the front Arm - keeps you tall and creates a Delay for your bowling arm when used well. Used properly this helps generate pace and also helps with bowling a good line.
3 - Arm delay - This is very important to generate pace by creating a catapult effect when bowling.
4 - Quick back foot contact. This promotes all your energy to travel towards the batsmen allowing to you bowl Fast.
