On 18 July, Unscared is hosting another GYMRACE Kick-Off: the perfect starting point for anyone preparing for GYMRACE.

Test yourself with an 80% GYMRACE simulation and find out exactly where you stand, what your strengths are, and where you can still make gains before race day.

You’ll also get access to two expert clinics:

🚣 ROW Clinic with former rower and rowing coach Maike van den Berg. Improve your technique and learn how to row more efficiently with less effort.

🏃 Running Under Fatigue with Esther van de Beek. Running is one thing. Running efficiently after multiple workout zones is another. Learn how to stay fast when your legs are already under pressure.
