Another week, another London heatwave 🥵☀️!!! So grateful for all the beautiful big trees on Hilly Fields providing the shade & a chance for us to enjoy a walk before the temperatures climb too high!

A beautiful summer’s morning up on the hill enjoying a cooling breeze & a bit of shade with bursts of hot sunshine - a sign of things to come again later into the weekend & next week! Much excitement over a rare sighting of an airship in the distance at the end of our session 🤩😀!

Gorgeous Wednesday morning for our Nordic Walk on the hill and the rain that was promised for today did not materialise👌🏻 It seems like summer holiday season is in full swing and people have been away or otherwise engaged elsewhere so such a joy to welcome back familiar faces not seen in a few weeks!

A glorious early summer’s day for our Adventure Nordic Walk in Surrey! Warmer than expected sunshine, a gentle breeze and lovely green fields and woodlands galore. Packed lunches in the sunshine at Reigate Heath, two pub stops too, and a rural bus 🚌 adventure along winding roads for trains home to boot! All in all a fabulous day out!

A week ago at 11:12am I was setting off to run my first ever , this week I was back up on the hill showing off my medal & finishers’ t-shirt 🏅👕 🤩 The crew kept me going along the route bringing the hugs, cheer, bananas and energy gels - beyond grateful 🙏🏻💕

A fabulous Nordic Walk with this fabulous lot this morning up on the hill. Warm sunshine but a cool breeze and a drop of rain afterwards whilst we had our coffees & catch ups around the log circle.
