Get fit, lose weight and feel good with our improved Weight Loss with Better programme.

Our weight loss plan combines weight management workshops, nutritional advice and physical activity alongside behaviour change techniques taught by our dedicated team of Health coaches.

The 12-week weight loss programme can be accessed via our self-referral portal, or via referral from your GP.

We are supporting 'Future Waltham Forest' a borough-wide conversation inviting residents and communities to share their hopes for the future of the borough. This will help write the council's Borough Plan, setting priorities for the next four years.

On Tuesday 28th July we'll be hosting a Run Bike Run mini at The Alex Yee Ladywell Arena.

The event is for children aged between 6 and 14 years of age.

This is a fun non competitive way to try a multi discipline sport.
