JULY HERO CHAT β FEARLESSNESS
This week, our Hero Chat is all about how confidence grows.
Confidence does not usually appear all at once. It grows through practice, effort and having the courage to keep trying.
The more children step forward, practise and challenge themselves, the more they begin to believe in their own ability.
That is one of the reasons martial arts is so powerful. It teaches children that progress comes from consistent effort, and that bravery and confidence are built over time.
The more we try, the braver we feel!!

This week in our Hero Chat, we are focusing on Brave Actions.
Being brave does not always mean doing something huge. Sometimes bravery is simply giving something a go, even when we are unsure.
Whether it is answering a question, trying a new technique, speaking up or stepping onto the mats with confidence, every brave action helps children grow stronger on the inside.
At Hero Martial Arts Schools, we love helping students take small brave steps that lead to big personal growth.
Bravery is trying even when unsure.

JULY HERO CHAT β FEARLESSNESS
This month at Hero Martial Arts Schools, our Hero Chat theme is Fearlessness.
This week, we are talking about what fear is and helping students understand that feeling nervous is completely normal.
At Hero, we teach our students that courage does not mean never feeling scared. It means if its safe to do, taking action anyway.
Many children feel nervous before class, before grading or when trying something new, and that is okay. Learning how to face those feelings is an important part of building confidence.
Fear is normal. Courage means acting anyway.
