🔥 LEG DAY IN UNDER 45 MINUTES 🔥

🏋️ Kettlebell Swings
3 sets x 15-20 reps

🦵 Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats
3 sets x 8-12 reps each leg

💪 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlifts
3 sets x 10-15 reps

⚡ Dumbbell Jump Squats
3 sets x 8-10 reps

🔥 Kettlebell Squat Pulses
3 sets x 20 pulses

Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.

Why I like this workout:

✅ Builds strong glutes, quads & hamstrings
✅ Improves lower-body power
✅ Elevates heart rate without endless cardio
✅ Minimal equipment needed
✅ Done in under 45 minutes
