The bikes look complicated. Everyone else looks like they know what they're doing. And you just want to sneak in at the back without getting embarrassed.

We know, because it's basically every new person's first thought about spin.

So we created a class where everyone's new.

A proper walkthrough of the bike before you even start pedalling.
At your own pace the whole way through.

🚲 Intro to Spin.
📅 Sat 26th 10:30am with Raquel.
📌 Wanstead, just by Snaresbrook Station.
Only 14 spaces, they'll go fast.

£10 for your seat, plus £10 off your 3-class trial if you decide to come back.

If spin's ever looked intimidating, this class exists to prove it doesn't have to be.

Raquel's walking every rider through the bike, the pace, and the pressure-free room, built entirely for people trying it for the very first time.

4 of the 14 spots are already gone.

Comment on message us "FIRST" and we'll send you the link to get booked in 🙌
