Mamy ogromną przyjemność poinformować, że w przyszłym tygodniu nasz dyrektor Maciej Klinowski będzie mówił na temat MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) podczas Seminarium „Zdrowie psychiczne w teatrze”, organizowanego przez Fundacja Katarynka
Seminarium jest podsumowaniem całego projektu „Teatr. Obszary wrażliwe” jest przestrzenią, w której wszystkie wątki poruszane podczas warsztatów, webinarów i szkoleń wreszcie spotkają się w jednym miejscu.
Polski teatr staje dziś przed jednym z najważniejszych wyzwań ostatnich lat: jak tworzyć sztukę odważną, aktualną i przekraczającą granice, nie tracąc z oczu dobrostanu ludzi - zarówno zespołów, jak i publiczności. To seminarium to jedna z pierwszych tak szerokich rozmów o zdrowiu psychicznym odbiorców i zespołów.
Spotkają się tu twórcy, dyrektorzy, pedagodzy teatru, badacze i psycholodzy, aby wspólnie zastanowić się, jak zbudować teatr przyszłości - wolny artystycznie, ale uważny na człowieka. To moment, w którym środowisko teatralne ma realną szansę wyznaczyć nowe kierunki działania.

As the year comes to an end, it’s a good moment to pause – not to judge, but to reflect.
2025 was a year of growth, learning, and quiet recalibration.
Some things worked beautifully. Others taught us lessons we didn’t expect – but probably needed.
What worked?
✔️ Strong, trust-based relationships with our clients
✔️ Focusing on quality over quantity
✔️ Staying close to our values, even when it wasn’t the easiest path
✔️ Saying “no” more often – and meaning it
What could have been better?
🔹 Leaving more space for reflection instead of constant action
🔹 Trusting the process sooner
🔹 Accepting that not every challenge needs an immediate solution
Running a business isn’t about perfection.
It’s about awareness, responsibility, and continuous learning – especially when working with people, maintaining safety, and fostering trust.
This year reminded us that growth doesn’t always look loud or spectacular.
Sometimes it appears to be about consistency, honesty, and prioritizing long-term value over short-term gains.
As we step into a new year, we do so with gratitude, clarity, and renewed intention.
