Champions 4 Change Youth Support Services

FREE Emotional Support for Young People between 11 - 18 years who are struggling with their mental health.

What is Emotional Support?
A confidential and supportive space, similar to counselling where young people can talk about worries and challenges, or anything they find difficult to share elsewhere.

How it works?
30-minute sessions available as one-off appointments when needed, or as regular weekly sessions. Each session is tailored to the Young Person’s individual needs.

Who runs the sessions?
A qualified BACP-Registered Therapist. Young people can choose to talk, play games, or be creative, with sessions moving at a pace that feels comfortable for them..
