Weekend 1 is in the books!

Not the opening weekend we were hoping for, but there were plenty of positives to build on.

❌ : 1-5
❌ DinkSpace : 2-4

The scorelines don’t tell the full story. We had multiple games decided by just 2 points, and on another day those could have easily swung our way. That’s the fine margin at this level.

A huge highlight was our women’s doubles, who picked up a fantastic win against Dinkspace, and a massive shoutout to James Mathie for stepping in at the last minute and doing an incredible job filling in for our men’s squad. 👏

We’ll take the lessons, keep building, and come back stronger next weekend with two of our men’s players returning to the lineup.

Season 4 is a marathon, not a sprint. We’re only getting started.
