What a run we’ve had this summer ☀️

A few moments from the last couple of months.

Lots of training, socials, events and, most importantly, a community that keeps getting stronger.

Thanks to everyone who’s been part of it 🔥

There’s a difference between training hard and training specifically for you.

You naturally gravitate towards the things you’re good at. The movements you enjoy, the sessions you feel confident in and the areas where you already perform well.

1-1 coaching gives you another set of eyes on your training.

Our coaches can identify weaknesses, imbalances and areas you might be overlooking, then build your training around what will actually move you towards your goals.

Whether that’s getting stronger, building your engine, improving your movement or preparing for your next competition, you’re working with coaches who have spent years learning what works and what doesn’t.

Your goals are individual. Your training should be too.

100m of lunges, the goal isn’t to go out hard, it’s to keep moving.

In this week’s strategy breakdown, James covers how to pace the station, when to take breaks, controlling your breathing and finding a rhythm you can maintain without blowing up.

We also look at how to approach the lunges in Singles vs Doubles and why staying composed becomes even more important this late into the race.

Strong doesn’t always mean fast on the Farmers Carry 📝 here’s a few things to watch out for!

This week breaks down the Farmers Carry and how to move efficiently without wasting energy.

Get a strong front grip, keep your arms long and shoulders relaxed. Stay stacked through your ribcage and hips with a slight forward lean, then let your momentum carry you rather than fighting it.

Keep the weights controlled, avoid swinging your arms and save that energy for the rest of the race.

Next up: Farmers Carry strategy.
