Sole Taps - builds ball control and close touches, trains both feet equally

Sole Roles #1 - improves feel and touch on top of the ball, builds ankle mobility and control

Sole Roles #2 - develops confidence with the ball in tight spaces, builds spatial awareness of the ball’s position
