I have lived a Reiki & QiGong lifestyle from 2008. I currently practice Reiki (Eastern/Western) and a passion for sharing the benefits of Dao yin (Ki) Gong (Qi/Chi). Reiki and laughter is great medicine, add a little QiGong and you’ll be smiling for days. Many people benefit and many never experience anything like what we provide. So it remains esoteric and maybe for good reason. Be Authentic.

You should consider a 1-2-1 journey into outdoor Yin Qigong. I have had much success with type of work. My teaching style is highly detailed which I feel gets lost in large groups and indoor spaces, nature is therapeutic and inspirational. Prices start from £65 per session or £200 for blocks of 4 sessions. You receive lots of authentic homework and quicker progression because of this qualitative approach. The COVID situation has definitely changed a lot of people’s attitudes towards indoor classes, so outdoor it is.
