Why five classes?
Our Head Trainer, Gina, says that for most people, five classes is around the point you start to feel a real difference in your body and your understanding of the Reformer.
Which makes our August offer of 5 classes for £90 a good place to start.
Available until 1st September across all three Tempo studios.

Charlotte Wildrianne’s Tempo story 🤍
Charlotte has been part of the Tempo team for a few years now, first on reception and now as one of our Tempo Pilates trainers.
We sat down with her to chat about teaching familiar faces, what she wants students to get from her classes and her advice if you’re new to Reformer Pilates.
You can book a Reformer Pilates class with Charlotte at our London E8 | Hackney studio.

Think you need to be flexible to start Reformer Pilates?
Meet Charlotte, one of our Tempo Pilates™ trainers, and a Tempo student for over 10 years before becoming an instructor herself.
Her advice for anyone thinking about starting:
“You don’t have to be flexible to start Reformer Pilates. The machine is there to support you. I certainly am not that flexible even as an instructor!”
After years of practising with us, Charlotte completed her STOTT Reformer qualification and made the move from student to trainer.
We’re so happy to now have her on the other side of the Reformer.

Why does every Tempo trainer need a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification?
Our Head Trainer, Gina, has been part of Tempo since the very beginning. For over 16 years, she’s helped shape the teaching standards and Tempo Pilates™ method that thousands of students have experienced across our London studios.
Before joining Tempo, every trainer must hold a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification. It’s the foundation of everything we teach, giving our instructors a deep understanding of movement, anatomy and Pilates principles before they ever step onto a reformer.
From there, they complete our extensive in-house training, where they learn the Tempo Pilates™ method and how to deliver the same high standard of teaching across every class.
Because great teaching starts with strong foundations.

Movement. Nutrition. Community.
Yesterday, we welcomed our community to our ARTAH x Tempo 301 event at our E1 studio - for an afternoon focused on movement, performance-based nutrition and long-term health.
We began with a 55-minute Tempo Pilates™ Reformer class led by Head Trainer Gina, before hearing from ARTAH’s Head of Nutrition, April Morgan, who shared practical advice on performance nutrition, with a focus on creatine, magnesium, hydration and protein, followed by a brilliant Q&A.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to for sharing their expertise with us. We loved bringing our communities together and can’t wait to do it again 🤍
Why do we train every Tempo trainer in-house?
Meet Gina, our Head Trainer.
She’s been part of Tempo since the very beginning and has spent over 16 years helping shape the teaching standards and the Tempo Pilates™ method that thousands of students have experienced across our London studios.
Every trainer who joins Tempo completes extensive in-house training before teaching a class. It’s how we maintain consistency, protect the quality of our method, and ensure every student receives the same high standard of teaching, whether you’re joining us in Shoreditch, Hackney or Elephant & Castle.
Because great classes don’t happen by chance. They start with great training.
