💚Meet Vasudha, one of our trainees at Beans & Bloom.
After four years as a trainee at Nickel Support and two years at Beans & Bloom, Vasuda has developed a wide range of workplace skills, from making coffee and serving customers to using the till and keeping the café running smoothly.
But for Vasuda, it’s also about the people. Having a kind, caring and supportive team around her has helped make Beans & Bloom a place where she can learn, grow and enjoy coming to work.
Her recommendation? Try one of the herbal teas, grab a slice of cake and come and visit us in Cheam Village and while you’re here, you can even see Henry VIII!
