Kingston regatta 🥇🥉🥉🥈🥈🥉 A gloriously sunny day racing with many of our Novs completing their first race 🏁 The masters 4- won their race against another Curlew crew in the final! The Men’s 8+ came third in the final, and the Women’s 4+ won their heat to place 2nd in their final. Solid performances also from the Men’s 2x coming second and the all-Novice Men’s 4+ putting in a gutsy row to secure 3rd in their final. We had a fantastic day and thanks go to Kingston for putting on such a great event in the sunshine ☀️

Henley Royal Regatta - The Wyfold Challenge Cup

Our Men’s 4- took on the challenge of the Henley Royal Regatta qualifying races, racing against some of the strongest crews from across the UK and overseas. Despite a determined performance, they missed out on a place in this year’s regatta.

Qualifying for Henley is one of the toughest tests in rowing, and the crew can be proud of the commitment, resilience, and standard they showed throughout the campaign. Every race is another step forward, and this experience will only fuel the next challenge.

Henley Royal Regatta - The Silver Goblets & Nickall’s Challenge Cup

Two crews took on the challenge of the Henley Royal Regatta qualifying races, lining up against some of the fastest crews from across the UK and beyond. With the standard as fierce as ever, the 2- put up a strong fight but didn’t secure a place in the regatta this time.

Competing at this level is an achievement in itself, and both crews represented the club with composure, commitment, and determination throughout. We’re proud of the standard they’ve reached and excited to see what they can produce as the season continues.

It’s Henley Royal Regatta time! The 4- is heading to Henley to qualify for Wyfold Challenge Cup. We asked them some key rowing questions before they head off to take on the challenge, let’s go Curlew!

Marlow Regatta on Saturday saw the upcoming Henley Royal Regatta crews take to the water for their last race before qualifiers. The 2- and 4- showed strength and determination battling it out to the end! Watch this space for crew lineups 💙
