Due to the Red Weather Warning and exceptionally high temperatures, all classes Wednesday & Thursday have been cancelled.

Whilst we know many of you are dedicated to your training, exercising in extreme heat can be dangerous and may lead to dehydration, heat exhaustion, or heat stroke. Your health and safety must come first.

Please stay cool, stay hydrated, and look after yourselves and your families. We look forward to seeing everyone back training as soon as it is safe to do so.
