From Monday, our brand new Tri-Fit programming, created by Head Coach and Lead Programmer James, gets underway.
Tri-Fit is designed to build real-world fitness - combining strength, conditioning and endurance in a way that helps you become fitter, stronger and more capable, whatever your starting point.
In this reel, James talks you through what each day of the week is designed to achieve, so you can understand the thinking behind the programme and get the most out of every session.

What an amazing turnout for this year’s summer Turf Games
We’re always so proud to see our athletes absolutely smashing the comp floor - but nothing makes us prouder than seeing everyone cheering each other on from the sidelines too 🥹

This weekend is summer Turf Games and we’re so excited to see all our teams heading out to represent us!!

One of the biggest things we’ve learnt over the years is that the things people worry about before joining are rarely the things that actually matter.
People worry about being unfit, about keeping up.
About whether they’ll know what they’re doing, about being the last person to finish.
But the reality really is that nobody cares. And we mean that in the best way possible.
Nobody is judging your weights, your pace, or how many breaks you take.
What people do notice is effort.
The person who turns up despite a busy week or the member coming back after time away.
The person attempting something new for the first time.
That’s the stuff worth celebrating!
CrossFit can look intimidating from the outside.
But inside the gym, it’s just a group of people working hard, supporting each other, and trying to get a little bit better than yesterday.
And that’s what we’ve always cared about.

One of the biggest days in the CrossFit calendar is back this weekend at BOTH gyms - and as always, everyone is welcome.
Whether you’re doing Murph RX, scaling it right back or simply coming down to soak up the atmosphere, this day is about community first.

8:30am - 12pm

BBQ from 12pm 🍔
Kids superhero party from 2-5pm 🦸♂️🎈 (including a bouncy castle)

You can partition the reps however you like and every movement can be scaled to suit your level - we’ll help you make it work for YOU.
Murph is never about being the fastest in the room. It’s about showing up, digging in together and cheering each other through it ❤️
