A class-based community CrossFit gym in the heart of Tooting, and sister gym to CrossFit Streatham. There is a place and Workout for all.

At CrossFit Tooting we aim to provide an experience that is second to none! We provide all our members with the best possible coaching and guidance, catering to beginners to seasoned athletes. There are no boundaries of members at our box ranging from endurance athletes all the way through to our post natal mums! Any workout scaled and professionally and periodically planned we aim to improve not only your movement but change your life!

From Monday, our brand new Tri-Fit programming, created by Head Coach and Lead Programmer James, gets underway.

Tri-Fit is designed to build real-world fitness - combining strength, conditioning and endurance in a way that helps you become fitter, stronger and more capable, whatever your starting point.

In this reel, James talks you through what each day of the week is designed to achieve, so you can understand the thinking behind the programme and get the most out of every session.

And tbh we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Because it stops being just a gym pretty quickly.

One minute you’ve joined to get a bit fitter.

The next you’re trying your first CrossFit class, learning to lift weights properly, signing up for a HYROX, coming along to run club, joining a cycling ride, grabbing a coffee after class, or finding yourself at a summer BBQ with people you only met a few months ago.

Some people come for CrossFit.
Some for strength and conditioning.
Some for weightlifting.
Some for Pilates.
Some for our mums programme.
Some because a friend dragged them through the door.

But the thing that keeps people around is usually the same.

It’s the coaches who genuinely care, the encouragement when you’re having a rubbish day.
The people who celebrate your wins like they’re their own and the feeling of belonging somewhere.

Fitness is a big part of what we do.

But helping people find a community, challenge themselves, make friends and enjoy training is what we’re really about.

So if your friend keeps telling you to come and try their gym...

Maybe there’s a reason they won’t stop talking about it. ❤️

One of the biggest things we’ve learnt over the years is that the things people worry about before joining are rarely the things that actually matter.

People worry about being unfit, about keeping up.

About whether they’ll know what they’re doing, about being the last person to finish.

But the reality really is that nobody cares. And we mean that in the best way possible.

Nobody is judging your weights, your pace, or how many breaks you take.

What people do notice is effort.

The person who turns up despite a busy week or the member coming back after time away.

The person attempting something new for the first time.

That’s the stuff worth celebrating!

CrossFit can look intimidating from the outside.

But inside the gym, it’s just a group of people working hard, supporting each other, and trying to get a little bit better than yesterday.

And that’s what we’ve always cared about.

MURPH WEEKEND ❤️🤍💙

One of the biggest days in the CrossFit calendar is back this weekend at BOTH gyms - and as always, everyone is welcome.

Whether you’re doing Murph RX, scaling it right back or simply coming down to soak up the atmosphere, this day is about community first.

Last heat: 10:30am
BBQ from 12pm 🍔
Kids superhero party from 2-5pm 🦸‍♂️🎈 (including a bouncy castle)

9:30am - 11:30am
Last heat: 10:30am

THE WORKOUT:

🏃‍♂️ 1 mile run
💪 100 pull ups
🤸 200 push ups
🔥 300 air squats
🏃‍♂️ 1 mile run

Optional weighted vest

You can partition the reps however you like and every movement can be scaled to suit your level - we’ll help you make it work for YOU.

Murph is never about being the fastest in the room. It’s about showing up, digging in together and cheering each other through it ❤️
