Who else absolutely LOVES the exciting bits of starting a business... đ
The branding.
The logo.
The website.
The social media.
But then comes the bit nobody really talks about...
đ Selling.
đ Planning.
đ Following up.
đ Actually asking people to work with you.
For ADHD brains especially, itâs often not the ideas that are the problem. Itâs turning those ideas into consistent action.
This is exactly the kind of conversation we have inside ABC. Not just motivation or more content to consume, but practical strategy, accountability, body doubling, coaching and a community that helps you keep moving when your brain wants to chase the next shiny idea.
If youâre tired of building a business that only exists in your head, maybe itâs time to stop doing it alone.

⨠Coach Spotlight: Sarah Osborneâ¨
One of the best parts of what we do is watching our coaches take everything theyâve learnt and turn it into something that genuinely changes lives.
Sarah Osborne is a brilliant example of that.
She recognised that nutrition alone wasnât always enough for her neurodivergent clients, so she invested in developing her ADHD coaching skills to create even greater impact.
Today, through So Nutrition, Sarah combines nutrition, neuroscience and ADHD coaching to help people better understand themselves, build a healthier relationship with food and move away from shame and guilt around eating.
Weâre incredibly proud to have Sarah as part of the NTA community and canât wait to see what she does next.
If youâre looking for support around ADHD and nutrition, go and give Sarah a follow and see the amazing work sheâs doing.

Itâs prom season đ
While everyone is talking about dresses, suits and limousines, letâs remember that for some neurodivergent teenagers, just walking through those doors can take a huge amount of courage.
Whether they stay all night, leave early, wear headphones, stick with one friend or decide prom isnât for them at all...
Theyâre enough exactly as they are.
To every ADHD and neurodivergent teen heading to prom this year: you donât need to change who you are to belong.
Enjoy your night. â¨
The people you admire didnât start with confidence.
They started with one small step.
Every successful ADHD Coach weâve trained began with doubts, questions and a healthy dose of âCan I actually do this?â
Confidence wasnât the starting point.
Action was.
Small steps. Consistent action. A willingness to learn.
Thatâs how coaching careers are built.
If youâve been sitting on the fence about becoming an ADHD Coach, maybe your next small step is simply finding out more.
⨠One step can change everything.

Hot take đ
For some ADHD brains, completely switching off is relaxing.
For others, a quick 10-minute check-in helps stop the brain creating a full Netflix drama about whatâs happening back at work. đ
Boundaries arenât about following someone elseâs rules.
Theyâre about understanding what works for your brain.
The question isnât:
Should I check in?
Itâs:
Why do I feel the need to check in?
Thatâs where the coaching happens.
Whatâs your holiday style: completely offline or occasional check-in? đ

The guilt kicks in, doesnât it?
You know what needs doing, but your brain wonât cooperate. The to-do list grows, your energy drops, and suddenly youâre questioning yourself instead of the task.
This is something we coach around all the time at NTA.
Because ADHD isnât usually a lack of knowledge. Itâs understanding whatâs getting in the way of taking action.
Through coaching, we help people recognise the patterns behind procrastination, overwhelm, perfectionism and guilt, so they can move from self-criticism to self-awareness.
The goal isnât to become more productive by being harder on yourself.
Itâs learning how to work with your brain, not against it.
When you understand the why, you can finally change the how.
ADHDTraining
This is what ADHD coaches are trained to recognise.
Not just the behaviour people can see on the surfaceâŚ
but whatâs happening underneath it.
The exhaustion behind the procrastination.
The nervous system overload behind the irritability.
The years of masking behind the burnout.
Because ADHD burnout isnât fixed by pushing harder.
It isnât solved with another planner, another productivity hack, or more shame disguised as motivation.
Itâs understood first.
Thatâs the difference.
Real ADHD coaching looks beyond âwhy canât they just do it?â and starts asking:
What is this brain trying to manage?
What is this nervous system protecting?
What support is actually needed here?
When people feel understood properly, everything changes.
Thatâs why the world doesnât just need more coaches.
It needs more coaches who truly understand ADHD.

I know social media is part of my work.
But somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling social and started feeling like my nervous system never got a day off.
