☀️ Summer Gymnastics Hall Hire at Europa 🤸‍♀️

Looking for a world-class gymnastics facility to hire this summer?

Europa Gymnastics Centre offers an Olympic-standard gymnastics hall, purpose-built to support high-quality training, workshops, camps and events.
Our hall includes:

✅ Full FIG-standard Men’s & Women’s Artistic apparatus
✅ Fast-track - bridging the gap between a standard floor and a trampoline
✅ Large pits for safe landings and skill development
✅ Full-size sprung tumble track into foam pit
✅ Trampoline into foam pit

This summer, we are offering a special week-day daytime birthday party package, giving children the chance to enjoy 1 hour of exclusive gym time with:

The Centre is open and classes are taking place today (Thursday 25th June).

However due to the reported temperatures for Friday 26th June, the centre will be completely closed and all services and our gymnastics classes will be cancelled.

Please note due to the extreme weather conditions today, and the temperature/humidity in the gymnastics hall - all gymnastics classes have been cancelled this evening (Wednesday 24th June).

We are currently making arrangements for EAP Classes, and you will be updated in a separate communication in due course.
Classes are expected to go ahead as normal for the rest of the week.

*Extreme Hot Weather Guidance*

Dear Parents and Carers,

With very hot weather expected, we wanted to reassure you that we have measures in place to help keep children as safe and comfortable as possible while attending their classes at Europa.
During periods of extreme heat, we will be:
• Using air conditioning units in the gym so children can stand in front of them briefly to cool down
• Providing free ice-cold bottled water
• Taking regular drink breaks throughout classes
• Reducing strenuous activity where appropriate
• Allowing children to wear lighter clothing, such as vests and shorts, provided it is still suitable and safe for gymnastics
• Allowing children to bring cold water towels, as long as these are kept securely in a bottle or bag when not being used
• Ensuring staff are alert to the signs of heat exhaustion and respond appropriately if a child appears unwell

We would also ask that children arrive well hydrated and bring a suitable water bottle with them.

Where the outside temperature reaches *over 32°C between 2.00pm and 9.00pm* , based on the BBC Weather forecast for Crayford, we will be happy to offer a make-up class for any child who does not wish to attend due to the heat. These make-up classes must be taken by 1st November 2026.

We will also be adding some additional daytime make-up class sessions during the summer holidays to help provide more options for families.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we manage the hot weather safely and sensibly.

Both have been valued members of Europa for many years, and as they begin an exciting new chapter at university, they leave with our gratitude and best wishes.

They will be greatly missed, but we wish them every success and happiness in this next stage of their journey.
