Great at customer service?
We are looking for a new part-time Reception Assistant to work evenings and/or Saturday, to join our Front of House team as the welcoming face of Europa Gymnastics Centre. You are responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient and professional front-of-house experience.

You’ll help ensure reception runs smoothly by:
- handling enquiries
- bookings
- payments
- member communications

☀️ HOT WEATHER TRAINING EUROPA ☀️

With very hot weather expected this week, we have measures in place to keep children safe and comfortable during their classes:

❄️ Air-conditioning and cooling breaks
💧 Free ice-cold bottled water
🥤 Regular drink breaks
🤸 Reduced activity where appropriate
👕 Wear Lighter, gymnastics-safe clothing permitted
🧊 Option of Cold-water towels stored securely when not in use
👀 Staff alert to signs of heat exhaustion

Please ensure your child arrives well hydrated with a suitable water bottle.

🌡️ MAKE-UP CLASS OPTION

If the BBC Weather forecast for Crayford exceeds 32°C between 2pm and 8pm, children may miss their class and receive a make-up session, to be taken by 1 December 2026.

If the gym becomes unsafe for training, affected parents will be contacted directly.
