Parkour De Nuit - night parkour - is a tradition as old as parkour itself. This October, we take to the streets after dark for one of London’s most extraordinary movement experiences.

DATE: Friday 23rd October
DURATION: 9pm-8am

In the dead of night, when most are asleep behind closed doors, the city belongs solely to us.

Moving through deserted streets, exploring unseen places, overcoming movement challenges and undertaking tough physical tasks — at night all these activities take on new meaning. Your ears pick up the smallest sounds. Your eyes adapt to low light. Your hands feel every surface variation. The experience is enhanced in every way.

The Night Mission is an all-night guided training event across London. You and your group will be challenged in ways you cannot predict, brought face to face with mental blocks, barriers and adversity of all kinds. You will work together as a team to find solutions to the tasks our expert Night Mission Guides present.

Every Night Mission is themed. Every one involves movement training, physical and mental challenges, skill acquisition, exploration and discovery. We start and finish together. We expect everyone to see the sunrise - with a new perspective on life, and on themselves.

RDV2026 WORKSHOP: THE GAME IS THE TEACHER

This year at RDV2026 Roberto Regueiro Santiago will be exploring how games create the conditions for genuine learning — where movement evolves through curiosity, interaction, adaptation and exploration.

Themes will include:

* Repetition without repetition
* Learning through play
* Constraints and affordances
* Designing meaningful environments

By changing the game instead of repeating the drill, we change perception, decision making and movement. Every repetition is familiar, yet different. Same players, same rules, still a new game. The result is learning that is adaptable, engaging and built to last.
