Meet Tori 🗣️
Our new instructor!
Her classes are on Thursdays at 7am. Book onto Equal Strength: Lower body now.
Tori is an experienced coach with over a decade of teaching experience. Growing up as a dancer, she has a deep understanding of movement, which she now utilises in her present practice around weight training, calisthenics & mobility 💪
And she’s also available for 1-2-1 personal training sessions at Equal Fitness!
