Endless protection rituals leave us exhausted

We wake up in the morning knowing we’ve been restless and anxious about the dark entities that have been taking our energy

You wonder why the protection didn’t work… so you’re trying more rituals

You have meetings and conversations with people and you’ve not bee able to focus on what’s actually being said because you’ve been focusing on protecting yourself from their ‘negative’ energy

Everywhere you look there’s someone/something to protect yourself from.

I get it
There’s a lot of crazy in the world right now and this is not about giving anyone permission to be abusive, over powering or over demanding.

That’s why it’s more important than ever to be in charge of your own energy rather than outsourcing it to protection rituals that drain you and leave you in fear

Side note: if they work for you and you feel powerful, autonomous Then fab… keep doing what you’re doing

But most of us don’t feel that sadly.

Knowing what brings you joy

You can layer 100 monthly practices a month, but if in the moments in between you’re:
- inner critic is on full volume
- you give to everyone else and ignore yourself
- you focus on the lack
- you’re constantly living in the past or future

Then you’re forgetting how powerful you truly are 🫶

And in those moments you want to abandon your spiritual path and your soul mission (because I do too) you’ll have that voice inside that reminds you

You’re powerful. You’re loved. You’re amazing. And to keep going because the world needs your medicine 🫶

But first I want to acknowledge the disappointment is real - very real

The trust in your path gets eroded just a little more

The doubt in your soul work gets louder

You have a high level of expectation that finally the universe will reward you for all the effort and hard work you’ve put in

Good news: it’s not all in vain 💃

When this happens to me (which it does) here’s what I do:

👉 I allow myself to feel the disappointment for a while

👉 I dance, walk, breathe - anything to move the energy

👉 I celebrate the win

Yup that’s right, it’s a win

Here’s why:

🌀The universe responds to you - it doesn’t reward or punish you

🌀The client showing up is a reflection of resonance to clients who are finding you

🌀The disappointment shows you, it was a client you’d love to work with, so you’re attracting the right people

🌀The client has got you clearer about what you’re offering

🌀The universe is showing you what you’re available for

The celebration of all these wins shows the universe you’re still open and resonant to more clients coming your way

And that when the universe starts responding to you quicker and quicker and quicker

Getting lost in the disappointment shuts you down to magic happening again

I always celebrate my clients, practitioners and circles that they are already amazing and invite them to step into their greatness
