🦥 The day everything changed for me at 51½?
When I finally broke out of the search & save cycle.
And just started this 75-mins a week.

That’s when you stop getting weaker, flabbier, and feeling older — fast.
And start feeling great and loving where your body’s headed — instead of hating it.
When you just start.
Nothing is more powerful than starting something you stick to.
It’s like saving 💰— the results compound 💪

Doing this 75-mins at home, like I do — just days from age 54.

I know, because that was the old me.
My plan was always to get back to the gym — soon.
I was stuck in that plan for 4.5 years!
Then I had a wake up call — the kind that makes you realise how much you’ve lost already.
So, angry with myself, I started this with what I had — an old bag of builder’s sand back then.
I thought I’d do this for a few weeks “until I had more time”.
But, it turns out, this ‘temporary’ 75-mins a week working out is enough for me.
