I’ve been building something quietly for a while now.

A 3-night retreat in Southern Italy this October. Campania. Private villa. Private chef. Small group of 9.

Not a bootcamp. Not a yoga holiday. Something in between — structured, restorative, and genuinely transformational.

Strength training, Pilates, yoga, breathwork, mountain hikes, long table dinners, and real time to slow down.

What if the reset you need isn’t another day off… but a complete change of pace?

This October, we’re heading to Southern Italy for three nights designed to bring you back to yourself.

Think morning movement, strength training, Pilates, hiking through Campania, chef-prepared meals, poolside recovery, meditation, mindset work, and space to properly switch off.

Every part of the experience has been built around one goal:

to help you return home feeling stronger, clearer, calmer, and more connected.

The first Reset Retreat, hosted by Alex Pipe in collaboration with Salus House, takes place from 22–25 October.

Spaces are limited, and we’re going all in to make this first experience something truly special.

Everyone I train has done so for years, but always tell me the same things…

It worked for a while, now back to square one.

I’m doing the same workout each time because I feel comfortable

I hate this version of me and want to feel confident again

I’m scared to push myself.

The last one always gets me because, it’s crazy how in life we can be scared of our potential. Why is it human nature to self sabotage

Progress though, sure as hell comes when we follow a plan, change what our body has got used to and have the confidence to push ourself.

Most people wait for the perfect moment to start this process, or wait until they feel strong..

But this is the most backwards way of thought.

Leap of faith.. sense of urgency.. call it what you will. But your best version of yourself is on the other side of starting something big, bold and full of challenges.

It’s all in the creatine!! 20g per day.

Just kidding it’s even more simple - just consistency.

Of course studies are showing the positive benefits of creatine, peptides and replacing hormones.

But none of these will make a difference if we don’t do the fundamentals.

1. Fix your sleep, 7-9 hours non negotiable- if you’re struggling to get to bed early set your alarm and hour earlier, won’t be long until you start crashing out at 9pm especially if you’re over 30)

2. Fix your nutrition- you can still over eat with healthy food, you can still eat the wrong healthy foods. The devil is in the details. I can help you find clarity here.

3. Train consistently- 4 days per week strength training and conditioning- walking on a treadmill doesn’t count, soz.

4. If you aren’t doing these 3 - no amount of creatine, retaturitide, HRT/TRT will do a thing. And the moment you don’t back your intentions with the first 3 steps, these will fall apart.

5. Stop with the negative self talk, your emotions and words affect your hormones (stress) and that inflames the body looking after your gut health and self view is overlooked.

We don’t fix the person in front of us in the mirror from the external, it all starts from within. How we speak to/about ourselves, what thoughts we allow, and holding a positive mindset.

Fear is a mile wild but only an inch deep.

This quote makes you rethink all the limiting beliefs we have about the things in life we strive for.

Not just parenthood, not just getting healthy.

But all those business ideas you have, all those plans you think about making and then all the tiny little reasons you talk your self out of it.

Fear is the enemy to our greatness, not our lack of experience or opportunity.
