Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening allergic reaction that requires immediate medical attention. Recognizing the symptoms early can be crucial.

Common Symptoms of Anaphylaxis:

Skin Reactions: Hives, itching, or swelling, especially around the eyes and lips.

Respiratory Issues: Wheezing, shortness of breath, or a tight throat.

Cardiovascular Symptoms: Rapid or weak pulse, low blood pressure, dizziness, or fainting.

Gastrointestinal Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

If you or someone you know experiences these symptoms, especially after exposure to a known allergen, seek emergency medical help immediately. Administering an adrenaline (epinephrine) auto-injector can be life-saving if they have been prescribed with one.

Of our favourite books, at the time we were also making templates for Easter bonnets, following the children’s interest as our conversation grew about our books, we decided to make story hats instead.

Celebrating World book day.
The children made some Tiger that came to tea, Story spoons, their very own Stickman, played Tea parties with a Tiger and of course we all enjoyed sharing and reading everyone’s favourite books 📚
