WGC judo-BJJ is a community based club located in Hatfield ,We have been in existence since the late 60s at the Gosling stadium Welwyn Garden City, now relocated to Roe Hill Hall Hatfield. We offer Judo for all levels from beginner to recreational club competitors to national level competitors, classes are run by Graeme Welsh. We also offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu run by the head coach of Boxmoor BJJ Dan Cox .We train in a friendly environment where everyone can learn at their own pace.

I need to inform club members past and present of the sad news that Andy Bonfield has passed away in the early hours this morning .
Andy had been diagnosed with liver cancer only a few weeks earlier .
(I don’t have any further details at present )
Andy was always a key member of the club , and was the children’s coach for many years .
He was a great guy loved by everyone he met ..
RIP Andy !

The Resistance Barnet 9-10am every Saturday morning if you want to Improve your ground game this is a great place , lots of people from different clubs coming together and testing themselves - you’ve got to push yourself to get better ,let me know if your interested 👍
